Incorrect Shipping Address?

It is the customer's duty to ensure the correct shipping address is used at checkout. If it is incorrect and we are not notified of this within 24 hours of placing your order, unfortunately you will not be entitled to a resend or a refund.

Received a Damaged Item?

We meticulously package our products, but sometimes, accidents happen in transit. If your product arrives with defects or physical damage (we're not talking about a dented box but the product itself), please report it within 72 hours of delivery. Send a snapshot of the damage to info@habubie.com and we'll assess if you qualify for a free replacement. Sorry we can't cover damages from regular use, wear or tear, or well, shaving disasters.
