We process orders within 1-3 business days. Once your order is handed to the carrier, it’s officially in transit. Please allow extra time during peak seasons, which may extend processing to 7 days.

Estimated Shipping Times:

Delivery times vary based on your location. While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, please note that peak periods and customs may cause delays beyond our control.

Order Changes & Accuracy:

It’s your responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at checkout. If you notice an error, email us at info@habubie.com within 24 hours. We’ll try to make corrections, but changes after this time may not be possible.

Delayed Delivery:

While we aim for timely deliveries, we are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances like courier issues, weather disruptions, or customs holds. We will, however, do our best to assist in such situations.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

If your package is lost or stolen, contact us at info@habubie.com. We recommend also filing a claim with the courier. Please note that Habübie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the carrier’s hands. Refunds are not provided for such incidents.
